I find VR a great way to make cardiovascular and stretching exercises a lot of fun. If you got a few hundred spare it's worth a go + I think you can get refund if you don't like it within 31 days? Quest 3 is the best out of the Meta one's in my opinion, mainly due to the lenses.

Nice one man. Cycling is probably healthier due to impact shock on the knees/legs.

I used to run five miles after finishing a late shift (20 years ago), just so I could hit the off license before it shut and play T32 ONS - carrot stick synopsis  :))

It might be good idea for Admin' to force ICTF for a few games?
The server usually has a decent turnout in the evenings (GMT), so you'd get instant feedback from the scoreboard or chat (not saying we moan a lot :))

I hadn't noticed any difference in the 2 insta' weapons, should there be any?

that is why I saw you in ICTF a few days earlier ;) I was wondering what unholy thing happened that you showed up in ictf where I have never seen you for years :) Thanks for making ictf more friendly for high pingers. Cannot wait to join ictf with uk 12 ping :-p

Thanks. At low ping it seemed OK to me. Mark tried from the US and was able to hit me pretty annoyingly well - so I have hopes that I didn't mess up too badly!

Just tried it on a 28 ping with 3 bots.  Seemed fine but will jump back in again later.

Please can you see how it feels? I've hacked UTComp a bit with the aim of incorporating the main instagib gun.

If you can hit things with high ping....then maybe it's working....
