The patch has incredibly improved the flow of the game, subjectively improved the graphics by 50% and also improved the aim accuracy (subjective/approximately 30% ) Except for switching from the d3d9 to the opengl driver (d3d9 was not found), everything worked with the default settings right from the start.
I fixed my flat/low quality sound issue with the new patch using the openal alsoft-config: changin the stereo encoding to basic and everything works beautifully. I'm on win 11.
I recommend to wait for a stable release and back up 3369 version before patching it. Because there are so many AntiTCC servers, we might just lose access.
