Which days of the week are the best to play with real players? and at what time of the week is the best (United States time)?

I don't track number of players by day and time. The vCTF/ONS server is populated pretty much all the time, with more players in the evening UK time but you can always check current numbers from here:

The Freon server is populated off and on during the UK daytime and in the evening it's full until about 11pm UK time. You can check current numbers from here:

WHAT ABOUT USING THE GAME TRACKER?  https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/80.4.151.145:5777/

I SEE THERE A LINK ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE "PAST: 24 HOURS | 7 DAYS | 30 DAY" < CLICKING ON THEM GIVES SOME HINTS ON WHEN PLAYERS ARE ONLINE

Aha! And for the vCTF server: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/80.4.151.145:7777/
