What video card is needed to drive that thing in UT2004 at full frefresh rate I wonder? Not sure my RX580 would be up to the job...

It's a 3080ti. It's so, so different playing an fps at that size - it's like relearning UT from scratch...probably not a bad thing

RTX 2070 works good with my 3440 x 1440, 100 Gz monitor.
GXT 770 was not enough, had to buy a new card after i bought a new monitor.

Make sure you adjust FOV when you change aspect ratio.

I use a Filco with browns. Noisy but nice

Which FOV would you recommend - it's at 100 at the moment and tough to play.

Try 125 first, if it's too much go 120.

oh that's much better, thanks. found the HUDx scaling setting too so all is good again
