Nomad desperately ask to be banned

Hello, there is an asshole named Nomad that is sabing all the time in all games, and I am sure that you got complains about him from other players too. 
What can I say, this guy is an hopeless idiot, he is just begging for a ban.  Can any admin help him to get what he want ?

I saw it yesterday and told him to stop. Apparently he can only behave when an admin is around.
