Freon server redirect - please test

People have been commenting on the download speed for maps and things on the Freon server.

I made some changes. Please can you test and let me know if it's working (and fast).

Best way to do this is to temporarily rename your ut2004/cache directory and create a new empty one, then connect to the server.

Remember to exit ut before doing it, and again before putting the old cache directory back.

Hmmm - can't see anything wrong with the config. Will have to ask Raj.

Yes the used redirect server is not working.

See pm - yes it's working - it's back with the original (but slow) one.

I've pinged Raj to see if he can see why the new one can be seen by a browser url, but doesn't work when referred to in the game config.

question. if freon is not a demo server, can we put antitcc there?

We could. I've only ever caught two botters with it, and the lag it introduces is noticeable.  I'm not much of a fan of it in practice

UCMP Mania fixed. Wasn't the right file somehow on the redirect.
