i can't found thread about spec slots, but i need to say something, so i cry it here a bit.
We have a situation below
Teams are definitely not even. And specs slots are limited by three! i cannot spec or change team at all!
And we plays it like 12 minutes. Some ppl comes, but situation is still the same, cuz all of them joined blue, by the server. And when i finally had a chance to quit for a spec slot - this shit happened. One dude from my team sees that i am go spec, so he decide to left the game. Or he just left, dunno.
Hamish got equalized. Blue lose without any hope or challenge. just humiliation.

Looks even, isn'it? Maybe i talk too rude and cry too much, but this decision wasn't right at all. The current state of affairs is completely wrong. Please, do not take it personal, but think about current position.
