Rules or not?

The first rule on the Miasma server:
No harrassments, such as...
teamkilling (unless accidental);
nicklaming - pretending to be someone else by using their name.

There's a player (and I use the term loosely, since they rarely get double-digit scores, being busy harassing people) who constantly violates those two rules.

I've heard they were previously banned. Their name was Skylord or Skylark or Skylame or something, country code SI.

They have TKed me repeatedly. In the latest game of THEEDGE, they were using the Scorpion to constantly wrap teammates in green links, knocking them off mantas and generally blinding everyone.

When I called them out, they changed their name to Flenser(SI).

The in-game method of fixing problems like these is to kick vote them off the server, but for reasons I can't understand, people don't kick vote. So here I am, complaining on the forums. Is there anything to do against this constant harasser?

English... it's such a rich language, but having so many influences the pronunciation of many words isn't obvious.

Many English people don't know how to pronounce "pronunciation"!
