Yes. Whatever you're using has been seen as a problem by some of the older playermanagement code present on the server.

Try another name that doesn't include words or phrases that might be an issue.

I just checked that old config. It contains the word "anal", so won't let in Granal.

Nor will it allow Scunthorpe, which is a town in the UK...
