Is there a way to restore the last opened tabs when I start X² lite?
It's only listed in the pro version -.-

Options - general - store program state

Maybe newer versions don't have this feat.

x2 with like 17 tabs open - takes ~10 MB RAM. I've yet to find another filemanager this lightweight and powerful.

Hehe, I just tested it out, got to about 20-25 tabs before it matched the RAM usage of Windows Explorer :P

Did you have 25 explorer windows opened aswell?

Here's another nice filemanager by the way:

No, just the usual Explorer window and taskbar. But my PC is patched and customized, and all that shit, so I'm not surprised explorer.exe is using so much resources.

Ahh I tell you, I'm feeling comfortable with my Windows now! ^^

I have installed Cygwin (similar to wine, but kinda the opposite - Linux apps ported to Windows). Now I can enjoy the feeling of Linux in Windows.
(irssi using cygterm and PuTTY in background)

And btw about all those file managers, Raj: There is mc (Midnight Commander) - a non-graphical filemanager -  running

I've been spoiled by Windows. I don't think I'd get used to a completely non graphical filemanager.

Anyway, I'm trying to move to using NexusFile. Modified the default skin to suit my needs:

Oh gosh, NexusFile is looking very nice with what looks like your Darko theme :P

What I'd really like, is a file manager that has browsing controls like Opera :D (Example: Hold RMB + Move left -> Previous folder)

Well thanks.

For mouse gestures you could try these:
http://www.tcbmi.com/strokeit/  - should work on whatever file manager
http://www.sqoshsoft.co.uk/programs/gest/ - only for Explorer I think

I personally find backspace a lot faster way to move back/up.

StrokeIt worked pretty well until I opened Opera and the gestures wouldn't work -.-
But after a bit of configuring
:everythingwentbetter:

Double-post so this will show up as 'New!':

Alright, you guys are gonna get another peek at my desktop, because I dun' fucked it up this time.
The bar outlined in blue should not exist, and the bar outlined in red should be where the bar outlined in blue is. There is only one blackbox.exe running, and the bottom bar has no functionality whatsoever.

Yeah, I've tried EVERYTHING to fix blackbox, I'm considering just wiping and reinstalling it as it won't affect my themes '^^
I've also found out that StrokeIt caused the problem as I somehow managed to "minimize" and "maximize"the bbLean interface with it. This screwed up all my settings, forcing me to edit blackbox.rc to get the second bar at the top (which doesn't work the same) and the first bar lost all functionality. It's like a .jpg o.O

And yeah, Microsoft Word derped on me a bit :D , I have to manually set the font color to black before I e-mail this essay or else my teacher will get 7 pages of white.

ANOTHER UPDATE: If I use StrokeIt to maximize the bar at the bottom, it restores the functionality, but then I have THREE bars on my desktop -.-

ANOTHER ANOTHER UPDATE: A wipe and reinstall worked perfectly fine  :))
