As an example, lets take the Out of Hell Trailer.

This is the address:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxaUbH6dOMQ

It may also be in a fom like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxaUbH6dOMQ&blabla=kekeke

You need to take the part that follows "?v=" and precedes an "&" if there is any and place it between youtube tags, like this:

Result:

It is possible to promote Youtube video's for free.
I get a 100.000+ views on my video's a month.
