I recorded a bit of it, needs a vacation from the server.

Use kick voting when admins are not online.

How many votes are necesary to kick a player? because sometimes he has like 3-4 votes and he still playing. Sometimes other players don't vote and the player keeps playing even with 3-4 votes.
