Server not see in Romania today in my town Ploiesti

No use mobile connect, but UPC Romania buy from Vodafone, i have 500mb internet band with cable data, the router in my home, another ut2004 server connecting and play but this server cannot connect, N/A, no ping, nothing.

Usual use Machintosh Mojave, because work good with opengl and AMD Radeon Rx 550 Phantom 2GB, i try today in windows, doesn't connect, no ping and timming
