 Just an idea, I wanna know what you think about this:

When I look at some of the KFmod characters I wonder about their abilities. E.G how can a naked little girl carry two big weapons+ammo - she has no pockets; or why does someone in a biosuit take damage from acid?

However, I suggest to give each one different attributes:
(feel free to modifiy this list)
Character               | advantage                                                                | disadvantage                       
Claire(Stalker)| fast
| invisible mode
| cannot carry much
|
Hazmat| no acid damage from bloats| slow
Masterson/Powers| quick on reload
| more damage with winchester/Bullpup
| less health
|
Kara| stronger or faster melee attack|
Pvt. Davin| faster welding|
Lewis| can carry more (e.g. on support:HS+LAW+Winchester)|
Soldiers| more ammo|

on paper seems nice but , and its just a thought ,a true class based system would require too many classes.
also if you can change the skin ingame how would that be fair?
Got ot hand it to Patty...

everything is really easier with a rocket launcher as a arm

I'm glad Raj is happy with perks.

Ideas are never wasted because who knows where they lead, so much appreciated.  But making and scripting stuff takes a whole lot of time.  And as Teixas pointed out, bugs happen because stuff gets complicated - and takes more time :/
