Here are the VCTF T&T (Tips & Tricks)
Mostly which I use in game
Getting on tower without sheild jump (Usefully with low health)You can do as shown in the picture
Single jump -> Walldodge -> Jump -> Reach Top
Jumping from top to Sniper area 
Jump down and wall dodge between the pillars and u reach there without losing any of your health
Bender/Scorpion Trick (Faceclassic)
You can get Bender/Scorpion Hit stunt button (Shift/c or whatever your key is...) And as You climb Trees in Primeval. You can go all the way through there...
*I have tested it in Instant action and tried in game also*
Sheild Jumps (Getting on flame etc etc)
Single click sheild (Don`t charge it won`t work)
So you will go up and again for more...
Then walldodge at side so that you get on (Flame)
Now comes the hard part...
Alien JumpGet a good amount of health (100) Armor (100) if Berzerk is on...
Get on top of Blue base (Tower)
Charge Your sheild gun to full or Medium...
Now You would look something like this
Note : Don`t jump while in air (Sheild will do its job).
Now you can see the hole right in front of you (Adjust yourself while in air) now walldodge at the exact point...
After that it will give you some sort of boost (Like this you will go on)
After a while when your in air Press your jump key (Space Bar)
So that now you will fly in air for seconds
After that yo reach ground
It is the best way of capturing flags
It covers 3/4 of map if done properly
Note: Alien Jumps only work from blue base..why? Because the hole is near to Blue base not red...
You can even do it from Blue base sniper and Deemer slots but the boost will be less (I prefer to do from top)
You can do a jump from red sniper slot but thats hard (I have done it hardly 5-6 times)
