Take a look at these.
I will decompress all the maps from that page you posted, load them and look at them and see what's what then post a list here. Downloading the whole page now. Over 2000 maps. It will take a while to see which of them look nice. Maybe will ignore the ones without screenshots.

escape from new york is a must!!! lots of ways and hidden items, love it, but i think it need some tanks.

train crossing-- really fun too, a little big but really hard worked.

veniis -- great small fun!! perfect for nights with only 4-6 players

halfpipe - - nice and big, u can play some tony hawks too.

actioncity --- plain fun, lots of hidden places.

lakovost --- another little beauty, like me

hetairu tortuga ---- FUN!!!

VCTF-Bania_beta-v5 - nice for normal weapons, but I don't see this working with berzerk
VCTF-WGS-Circuit_City - no weapons. We need them when we start...
VCTF-CassandraCrossing - nice for normal weapons - have played this before. Not great for berserk. May work with a lot more weapons, or just as locker or two beside the spawn points. Can you mod it?

I downloaded all the maps and wanted to try them but after coming again and again on the server and seeing how jerks people are not balancing the teams I got pissed off and deleted everything. Maybe I'll give it one more chance again, download all the over 8 gb of maps, load them fast and try them. Maybe you can find a solution for auto-balance? If not, maybe you can put a message to show when joining the server like "Please help balance the teams" I don't know.. All I know is it doesn't feel great to be in a very weak team. It really ruins the game. I think this is a very important subject for the community. I have become a jerk because of my frustration and now everybody hates me  . It would be soooo nice if there could be some fair-play on the server.

When the teams are unbalanced and there's no way to do anything yourself, just try treating getting a kill or getting one node back, or winning one flag as a victory.

On Freon, even with the team balancer we have there getting the team mix as close as possible to even there are times when getting a single point for the team and losing 10-1 is a victory
